MESSAGING
HOW TO READ & REPLY TO MESSAGES
Your office can send you text messages to the tablet and you can reply when is safe to do so.
Watch the Training Video or follow the steps below.
When you receive a message, your tablet will show a messaging box for a few seconds. From this screen, you can select Reply or OK to close the notification. You can also reply to the message after the box disappears from the screen and is safe to reply.
In some cases, your office may send a message that requires your acknowledgment, these messages show up in a red box.
REPLY TO A MESSAGE
You can reply to a message from the notification as shown above or you can open the Messaging App.
Once in the App, you’ll see all the messages you have received. Each message icon provides information about the message status.
Tap on the Message you would like to reply.
On this page, you can read the message full body. Tap Reply
Tap the message box to type a message. A Keyboard will pop up Select SEND once you are ready.
