FORMS
The Forms App is very similar to the Pre-Trip Checklist Inspections App. Your office may want you to complete a form for different reasons but an incident report form or a leave form are commonly used.
Watch the Forms Training Video or follow the steps below.
To complete a Form, open the Forms App
Tap on the Form you want to complete.
Answer the questions by tapping on the screen to select from the list or to use the keyboard
Scroll Down to make sure you complete all the questions.
Once you have completed all the questions, the SUBMIT button will turn green. Press the "SUBMIT" button to send the Form.
Tap History if you want to review all the forms you have submitted in the past.
